Having seen
Decree No. 1349/2015, which ordered the Intervention of the Decentralized Agency of Sanitary Works and which was extended by Decree No. 1290/16, 1249/17, 1863/18, 1635/19 and 1712/19, 1295/20, 1380/21, 1582/22, 1761/23, 500/2024 and 350/25, and,
 
Considering:
That this decision was made with the purpose of arbitrating the measures conducive to the comprehensive normalization of its operation, as a prior and necessary step for the definitive constitution of the Board of Directors, within the framework of the provisions of Article 7 of Ordinance No. 31,762;
That although considerable progress has been made in the time elapsed to date in achieving the pursued objectives, it is necessary and convenient to extend the original term so that none of the foreseen measures may remain without their adequate execution;
That by virtue of the suitability demonstrated in the performance of his management, it is feasible to appoint C.P.N. Javier Ariel Del Cerro, D.N.I. No. 13,987,653, as Interventor again.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred to the Municipal Executive department, by Law No. 10,027/11 and amending Law No. 10,082/11 — regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text by Decree No. 4,706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power;
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1°.- The extension of the intervention of the Decentralized Agency of Sanitary Works is ordered, so that the measures conducive to the comprehensive normalization of its operation can be arbitrated, as a prior and necessary step to the definitive constitution of the Board of Directors, within the framework of the provisions of Article 7 of Ordinance No. 31,762.-
 
ARTICLE 2°.- C.P.N. Javier Ariel Del Cerro, D.N.I. No. 13,987,653, is appointed as Interventor, from March 1, 2026.-
 
ARTICLE 3.- It is established that the intervention will be for a period of one (1) year to fulfill its mission of technical-administrative and institutional reorganization and normalization-
 
ARTICLE 4.- It is ordered that the administration of funds shall be at the order of the Interventor, jointly with the Treasurer of the Agency.-
 
ARTICLE 5.- Communicate, register and, in due course, archive.-
