WHEREAS the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, has returned to his duties on this date in the morning hours and,
CONSIDERING:
That the Secretariat of Government was in charge of the Secretary of Urban Development, Architect ALEJANDRO ERNESTO LOPEZ.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law 10.027, amended by Law No. 10.082 - Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
ARTICLE 1.- Reinstate the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, to his duties and position, effective as of today in the morning hours.
ARTICLE 2.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.

The Municipality of the city of Concordia notifies Mr. Markowsky José Maria, File No. 9820, D.N.I. No. 21,545,154, that this notification has been arranged to inform him that by Decree No. 4034/2025 dated June 24, 2025, the following has been arranged: ARTICLE 1: Arrange the Non-Renewal of the contracts dependent on the Secretariat of Productive Development, which are listed as contracted with and without contributions, according to ANNEX I, which forms an integral part of this Resolution, as of July 1, 2025.- ARTICLE 2.- Send to the Directorate of Human Resources, for their knowledge and, likewise, proceed to the notification of those contracts that will not be renewed, and to the Directorate of Payroll Liquidation for its effects.- ANNEX I - Contracts without contributions - FILE 9820, MARKOWSKY JOSE MARIA.- Signed Mg.
