WHEREAS, for reasons concerning the Secretary of Human Development, Eng. ARISTIDE, SEBASTIÁN, DNI, he must be absent from his duties starting January 27, 2025, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That it is considered appropriate to place the Secretary of Cabinet Coordination and Treasury, Cr. FERREYRA PABLO SEBASTIAN, in charge of the Secretariat of Human Development.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027, amended by Law No. 10,082 - Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.

ARTICLE 1.- Entrust the attention of the Secretariat of Human Development to the Secretary of Cabinet Coordination and Treasury, Cr. FERREYRA PABLO SEBASTIAN, starting January 27, 2025, and for the duration of the absence of its incumbent, without prejudice to his duties.

WHEREAS, the Secretary of Urban Development, ARCH. ALEJANDRO ERNESTO LOPEZ, DNI No. 25,157,399, is absent from the city for service reasons as a Municipal official, and
 
CONSIDERING:
That it is considered appropriate to place the Undersecretary of Public Works, Eng. LUIS VICTOR COSTA, DNI No. 12,120,023, in charge of the Secretariat of Urban Development, without prejudice to his duties, starting from the date hereof and until the absence of its incumbent concludes.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, Subsection u) of Law 10,027 and its amendment, Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.

WHEREAS, the Undersecretary of Public Services, Mr. ROBERTO OSCAR RAMIREZ, D.N.I. No. 18,346,965, has returned to his duties today in the morning, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That through Decree No. 050/2025 dated January 15, 2025, Mr. ALBERTO AQUILES OCAMPO, National Identity Document No. 16,998,634, File No. 3363, was placed in charge of the Undersecretariat of Public Services on a temporary basis and for the duration of the absence of its incumbent.
That as of January 27, 2025, the Undersecretary of Public Services, Mr. ROBERTO OSCAR RAMIREZ, National Identity Document No. 18,346,965; File No. 3070, has returned to his regular duties.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10,082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos. According to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.

ARTICLE 1.- Reinstate the Undersecretary of Public Services of the Secretariat of Urban Development, Mr. ROBERTO OSCAR RAMIREZ, National Identity Document No. 18,346,965; File 3070, to his duties and position, starting January 27, 2025, in the morning, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 050/2025 dated January 15, 2025.

DECREE No. 082/2025

WHEREAS, the content of Decree No. 003/2025 accepts the resignation submitted by Ms. Otamendi Laureana, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That through Decree No. 1,001/2024, the Undersecretariat of Social Development is created within the Organic Structure and Designations of the Secretariat of Human Development.
That in Article 25 of Decree No. 1,001/2024, the Department of Public Attention and Entry Desk is created. 
That in Article 82 of the aforementioned, Ms. Otamendi Laureana, DNI: 38,544,664, was appointed, who performed duties until 12/31/2024, according to Decree No. 003/2025.
That it is necessary to have qualified personnel in said Department of Public Attention and Entry Desk.
That the Undersecretary of Social Development has taken note of what is expressed herein.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections b), h), and u) of Law 10,027, and its amendment Law No. 10,082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.-
 
Therefore;

DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Appoint BELINGHERI, MARIA VERONICA, DNI No. 28,333,221, as Head of the "DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ATTENTION AND ENTRY DESK" under the Directorate of Childhood, Adolescence, and Family of the Undersecretariat of Social Development, dependent on the Secretariat of Human Development of the Municipality of Concordia, for the fulfillment of the functions established in Article 25 of Decree No. 1,001/2024, which shall have the rank of Political Department Level 1, in accordance with current regulations.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Establish that the provisions of this Decree shall be effective as of 01/01/2025.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Forward to the Directorate of Settlements for its effects, and then to the Directorate of Human Resources.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, Publish, Register, and Archive.

DECREE No. 088/2025

SEEN:
 
Decree 139/2024 dated January 25, 2024, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That the aforementioned Decree provides that, during the year 2024, all official documentation of the Municipal Administration, as well as that of the autonomous entities, shall bear the legend "1994-2024 - YEAR OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REFORM OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ARGENTINE NATION".
That the visual identity of the municipality is a key element in strengthening its institutional image and visibility before the local, national, and international community.
That the Executive Department has opted for the use of a new logo that represents the Municipality.
That likewise, this is widely known by the citizenry of Concordia.
That this logo has been used both on the municipality's website and on all its Official Social Media channels.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Art. 107, subsections u) of Law No. 10.027 and its amendment - Municipal Regime of Entre Ríos. 
 
Therefore:

ARTICLE 1.- It is ordered that all official documentation of the Municipal Administration, as well as that of the autonomous entities, shall bear, as appropriate, the letterhead that forms part of this Decree as an ANNEX.
 
ARTICLE 2.- invite the Honorable Deliberative Council of our city to adhere to this decree.

That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
