TO TAX OBLIGATIONS.
THE HONORABLE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
 
ARTICLE 1°.- Exempt from the payment of Registration Fees and Fines regarding the registration in favor of Mr. Elbio Alfredo Schey, DNI No. 5.807.708, for the properties registered under the following Accounts:
a) Account No. 2294-17, Provincial Record No. 5381, Municipal Record No. 15.939, registered in the name of SCHEY ELBIO ALFREDO AND OTHERS.
b) Account No. 2294-18, Provincial Record No. 5355, Municipal Record No. 15.940, registered in the name of SCHEY ELBIO ALFREDO AND OTHERS, by virtue of the preceding considerations.
 
ARTICLE 2°.- Notify the General Directorate of Revenue and the Directorate of Cadastre, both of the Secretariat of Finance of the Municipality of Concordia, of this document for the pertinent purposes.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Send a copy of this document to Mr. Elbio Alfredo Schey for his notification and other effects.

ARTICLE 1.- APPROVE as an exception to the Urban Planning Code (COUT) according to Ordinance No. 38.104/23, the subdivision requested by Mrs. MARIA ESTER NOYA DNI No. 4.835.188, in relation to the property located at Block No. 1.538, Survey Plan No. 707, Provincial Record No. 50.995, in accordance with the consideration of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2.- SEND a copy of this document for their information to the Directorate of Cadastre and the Department of Public Works.

ORDINANCE ON ADHERENCE TO PROVINCIAL LAW No. 10.933
SUSTAINABLE ELECTRIC ENERGY.
THE HONORABLE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE
 
ARTICLE 1°.- Adhere, in all its terms, to the provisions contained in Provincial Law No. 10.933 on “Sustainable Electric Energy”, by virtue of the preceding considerations.-
ARTICLE 2°.- Authorize the Municipal Executive Department to take the necessary measures for the effective application and implementation of the Law to which it adheres by virtue of this document.-
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive.-

DECREE No. 690/2.024.
Concordia, May 30, 2.024.
WHEREAS the Municipal President, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, and the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, must be absent from the city during the morning hours due to matters related to the Municipal Administration, and,
CONSIDERING:
That it is considered pertinent to place the Secretary of the Chief of Cabinet, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department.
That the attention of the Secretariat of Government and the Chief of Cabinet is entrusted to the Secretary of Finance, Accountant PABLO SEBASTIAN FERREYRA, without prejudice to his specific functions.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law 10.027, amended through Law No. 10.082-Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Place in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department, the Secretary of the Chief of Cabinet, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, as of today's date and in the morning hours.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Entrust the attention of the Government Secretariat and Chief of Cabinet to the Secretary of Finance, Accountant PABLO SEBASTIAN FERREYRA, without prejudice to his specific functions.

WHEREAS the Municipal Mayor, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, and the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, have returned to their duties as of today's date in the morning hours and,
CONSIDERING:
That the Secretary of the Chief of Cabinet, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, was in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department.
That this Decree shall be countersigned by the Secretary of Finance, Accountant PABLO SEBASTIAN FERREYRA, in charge of the Government Secretariat and Chief of Cabinet.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law 10.027, amended by Law N° 10.082-Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree N° 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.

ARTICLE 1.- Place the Municipal Mayor, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, in possession of his office, as of today's date and in the morning hours.
 
ARTICLE 2.- The Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, returns to his duties and position as of today's date and in the morning hours.
 
ARTICLE 3.- The Secretary of the Chief of Cabinet, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, returns to his duties and position as of today's date and in the morning hours.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.
