HAVING SEEN the special supplement received by the personnel of the Automotive office of the Municipality of Concordia, and,
CONSIDERING:
That Article N°2, of Decree N°1235/2016, dated 11/11/2016, provides for the update of the special additional Code 371 based on the salary adjustments that are established.-
That through Decree of the Municipal Executive Department N°540 of APRIL 25, 2024, the new salary scale was approved, at an EIGHT percent (08%), which is effective as of the month of APRIL of the year 2024.-
That the General Directorate of Revenue takes the intervention of its competence, carrying out the calculation of the increase in the amount.-
That the issuance of this regulation is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred by Law N°10.027, Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.-
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES
 
ARTICLE 1.- It is ordered that as of the month of APRIL 2024, by a percentage of EIGHT percent (08%), the payment of the Special Additional Code 371 received by the personnel of the Automotive office, included in ANNEX 1 which is part of this document, be updated to the sum of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO PESOS WITH 01/100 ($22,882.01), based on the update in the salary adjustment granted by the Municipal Executive Department, Decree N°540 of APRIL 25, 2024, in accordance with Article N°2 of Decree N°1235/2016.-
 
ARTICLE 2.- Instruct the Human Resources and Payroll Directorates for the pertinent purposes.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive.-

HAVING SEEN that the Municipal President, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, must be absent from the city during the morning hours for matters related to the Municipal Administration, and,
CONSIDERING:
That it is considered pertinent to place the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department.
That it is considered pertinent to place the Secretary of Cabinet Chief, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, in charge of the Secretariat of Government, without prejudice to his specific functions.
That consequently, it is appropriate to proceed with the issuance of this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred to the Municipal Executive Department, by Article 107° of Law 10.027, modified through Law N°10.082 - Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to T.O. Decree N° 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
Therefore,

DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Place the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department, as of today's date and in the morning hours.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Place the Secretary of Cabinet Chief, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, in charge of the Secretariat of Government, without prejudice to his specific functions.

WHEREAS the Municipal President, Dr. FRANCISCO AZCUÉ, has returned to his duties on this date in the morning hours and,
CONSIDERING:
That the Secretary of Government, Dr. LUCIANO DELL'OLIO, was in charge of the Presidency of the Municipal Executive Department.
That this Decree will be countersigned by the Secretary of Cabinet Chief, Architect EDUARDO MARTIN CAMINAL, in charge of the Secretariat of Government.
That consequently it is appropriate to proceed to issue this provision.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law 10.027, amended through Law No. 10.082-Organic Law of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos, according to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
Therefore,

EDOS RESOLUTION N°347/2024.
Concordia, May 30, 2.024.-
SEEN:
The administrative case file N°48"G"/2024 corresponding to the call for Public Tender N°03/24 for the acquisition of ready-mix concrete (H-30) for patching work, and
CONSIDERING:
That in said administrative case file, the Technical Directorate of E.D.O.S. requests the acquisition of labor and H30 ready-mix concrete to be used in the execution of pothole repair work being carried out in different parts of the city of Concordia.
That the Purchasing and Supplies Division has prepared the terms and conditions and technical specifications for the acquisition mentioned in the previous recital.
That said expenditure has been allocated by the Budget Office to item 61.01-PUBLIC WORKS-Pothole repair-       . 
That the opening date for bids was set for June 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the E.D.O.S. Purchasing and Supplies Office.
That this intervention has authorized the present expenditure.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred by Autarchy Ordinance No. 31762 and its amendments and Decree No. 506/24.
THEREFORE: 
THE INTERVENTOR OF E.D.O.S.
RESOLVES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- It is ordered to approve the documentation corresponding to the call for Public Tender No. 03/24 for the acquisition of labor and H30 ready-mix concrete to be used in the execution of pothole repair work, and the specifications that form part of this document as an annex and are identified as PUBLIC TENDER No. 03/2024 - "PROVISION OF LABOR, H30 READY-MIX CONCRETE FOR POTHOLE REPAIR WORK IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CITY OF CONCORDIA ENTRE RIOS", the background of which is contained in administrative case file No. 48"G"/2024.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Approve the Official Budget of fifty million pesos and 00/100 ($50,000,000.00). 
 
ARTICLE 3.- Form the Evaluation Commission in accordance with what is established in the Particular Terms and Conditions.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Forward to the Purchasing and Supplies Division for the purposes provided, and subsequently, Register, Notify, and in due course, Archive.
