WHEREAS the Agreement signed on March 25, 2024, between the Municipality of Concordia, represented by the Mayor Dr. Francisco Azcue, on one part, and on the other part the Tax Administration of the Province of Entre Ríos, represented by the Executive Director, Cr. Jesús Rafael Korell, and,
CONSIDERING
That the purpose of this Agreement is for the parties to carry out all measures and actions aimed at improving the administration of taxes and municipal taxes and facilitating the inspection and control tasks that each one performs, to combat tax evasion and avoidance and increase collection in the activities covered by the tributes and municipal taxes that "THE PARTIES" collect.
That this Agreement consists of Fifteen (15) clauses.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive by Article 107), subsections ñ), q) and u) of Law 10.027 - Municipal Regime - amended by Law 10.082, according to T.O. Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.-
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Take note of the Agreement signed on March 25, 2024, between the Municipality of Concordia, represented by Mayor Dr. Francisco Azcue, and on the other part the Tax Administration of the Province of Entre Ríos, represented by the Executive Director, Cr. Jesús Rafael Korell, which consists of Fifteen (15) clauses and whose text is an integral part of this Decree as Annex I.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Authorize the Undersecretariat of Finance to implement the necessary measures for compliance with the provisions of the Agreement.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, and in due course, archive.

DECREE No. 454/2024.
Concordia, April 04, 2024.
WHEREAS, the transfer requested by the contract agent without contributions MAIDANA JUAN CRUZ, DNI No. 39.258.354, File No. 9.816 and;
CONSIDERING:
That the contract agent without contributions Juan Cruz MAIDANA, File No. 9.816, dependent on the Secretariat of Productive Development, requests his transfer to the Secretariat of Government. That the Secretary of Productive Development and the Secretary of Government have expressed that there are no objections to the transfer of the interested party.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections Q) and U) of Law No. 10.027/11 AND its amendment Law No. 10.082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Unassign from the Secretariat of Productive Development the contract agent without contributions MAIDANA Juan Cruz, DNI No. 39.258.354, File No. 9.816, for the reasons invoked in the recitals of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Assign the agent indicated in Article No. 1 to the Directorate of Municipal Prevention and Security, dependent on the Undersecretariat of Citizen Security.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Unassign from code No. 870, Secretariat of Productive Development Agreement.
 
ARTICLE 4.- Assign as of April 1, 2024, to the Agreement code No. 839 of the Undersecretariat of Municipal Security.
 
ARTICLE 5.- Charge what is approved in Article No. 2 to the budget item No. 0.2.90.01.01.02.21.05/SECRETARIAT OF GOVERNMENT.
 
ARTICLE 6.- Communicate, publish, let the Directorate of Human Resources and the Directorate of Payroll Liquidation take note, register, and in due course, archive.

WHEREAS, the transfer requested by the monthly agent SANDOVAL NORMA CARINA, DNI No. 21.697.189, File No. 3.026, in Internal administrative case file No. 116 "S"/2024,
CONSIDERING:
That the monthly agent Norma Carina SANDOVAL, File No. 3.026, dependent on the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship of the Secretariat of Productive Development, requests her transfer to the Undersecretariat of Health of the Secretariat of Human Development. That the Undersecretary of Development and Entrepreneurship and the Undersecretary of Health have expressed that there are no objections to the transfer of the interested party.
That on page 6, the Directorate of Human Resources reports that the agent Norma Carina SANDOVAL, File No. 3.026, has provided services in this Municipality since June 01, 1999, and is listed as Monthly personnel, category No. 23. Dependent on the Secretariat of Productive Development.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the use of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10.027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10.082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos. According to T.O. Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Power.
Therefore,
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Unassign from the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship dependent on the Secretariat of Productive Development the Monthly Agent Norma Carina SANDOVAL, DNI No. 21.697.189, File No. 3.026, for the reasons invoked in the recitals of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Assign the agent indicated in Article No. 1 to the Undersecretariat of Health dependent on the Secretariat of Human Development.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Charge what is approved in Article No. 2 to the budget item No. 0.1.90.01.01.01/UNDERSECRETARIAT OF HEALTH.                
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, register and in due course, archive.-
