The mayor Enrique Cresto supervised the works being carried out at the Concordia Corsódromo, to prepare the city's Carnival coliseum. The paving of the track is being carried out on the premises, as well as improvements for the entry and exit of the comparsas. And the stands have already begun to be installed.
"The Carnival is one of the most important festivities that the city has, which is why our decision is to work together with the comparsas to improve the conditions in which each of them performs," pointed out the mayor. Cresto referred to the different works being carried out on the Corsódromo premises, so that everything is ready for Saturday, January 21, the date on which the first parade will take place.
In addition, Cresto pointed out that "we finally implemented an online ticket sales system, which was something highly requested by the residents. This will allow them to no longer have to wait in long lines to buy tickets, as it also allows tourists to ensure they can buy their tickets or VIP tables," he explained. "The goal is for the Carnival to continue growing year after year, and we are working towards that," highlighted Cresto.
