Mayor Alfredo Francolini and the director of the Decentralized Sanitary Works Agency (EDOS) Jorge Mendieta supervised the work being carried out in the western zone, expanding water and sewer networks, within the framework of the Water and Sanitation Plan that the Municipality is carrying out together with the Provincial Government and Enohsa, with the goal of reaching 100% water network coverage in the city.
"Together with the Mayor, we toured these works that we are carrying out, alongside Enohsa and the Provincial Government, which will provide a better quality of life for the residents," commented the head of EDOS, Jorge Mendieta. "In the Sarmiento neighborhood, along Maestra López street, the sewer network extension is being carried out, and in the El Tero neighborhood, the water network extension is being carried out in a four-block sector," he detailed.
It should also be noted that this week the connection of the new water network and the enabling of the service in the new connections on Lucas González and Augusto Niez streets were carried out, as well as a similar task at the intersection of Echagüe and Gendarmería Nacional streets, all of which are works that are part of the Comprehensive Water and Sanitation Plan.
