The Aerocommercial Development Entity of the Concordia Airport (E.D.A.A.C.) announces that the new call will be in effect until December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., when the opening of envelopes will take place at the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia (located at Mitre 76)
The proposal, aimed at providing an essential service, has the objective of granting a concession for the use and gastronomic operation of a premises located in the airport terminal.
The call specifies that the Entity will provide the awardee with a space within the passenger terminal, which also includes an uncovered outdoor sector for the development of gastronomic activity, in accordance with certain specifications. It is intended for gastronomic companies with a recognized track record, franchisees, and/or related developments.
The gastronomic venue is designed as a service for the entire Concordia community, tourists, general aviation and commercial flight crews, and the airport community based at the terminal. The total space to be granted covers a gastronomic venue (approximate closed area of 87.34 m2), an open outdoor extension (approximate area of 120.47 m2), and an island in the Departure Lounge (approximate area of 4 m2).
Those interested in seeing the space to be granted may go to the airport, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The offer must contemplate the installation, operation, maintenance, and effective exploitation of the following items: Gastronomic premises – Cafeteria: bidders must present a gastronomic services project, with the provision and installation of all elements and accessories necessary for the due and proper provision of the services related to the sector, offering at a minimum, preparation of short-order dishes, cold and hot dishes, fast food, sandwiches and pizza, desserts, drinks, coffee shop, confectionery, and other specialties. Optionally, they may offer an island service in the departure lounge (kiosk) to operate while the boarding procedure is open in the waiting room.
