The Air Commercial Development Entity of the Concordia Airport (E.D.A.A.C.) informs that the call for applications will remain open from November 14 to December 1, until 10:00 a.m. At that time, the opening of envelopes is scheduled at the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia, located at Mitre 76.
The proposal, aimed at providing an essential service, has the objective of granting a concession for the use and gastronomic operation of a premises located in the airport terminal.
In the call for applications, it is specified that the Entity will provide the awardee with a space within the passenger terminal, which also includes an uncovered outdoor area for the development of the gastronomic activity, in accordance with certain specifications. It is intended for gastronomic companies with a recognized track record, franchisees, and/or related developments.
Until November 28 inclusive, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., those who have acquired the bidding documents may visit the site at the airport to familiarize themselves and make better offers.
The gastronomic premises is intended as a service for the entire Concordia community, tourists, general aviation and commercial flight crews, and the airport community based at the terminal. The total space to be granted covers a gastronomic premises (approximate closed area of 87.34 m2), an open outdoor extension (approximate area of 120.47 m2), and an island in the Departure Lounge (approximate area of 4 m2).
The offer must contemplate the installation, operation, maintenance, and effective exploitation of the following items: Gastronomic premises – Cafeteria: bidders must present a gastronomic services project, with the provision and installation of all elements and accessories necessary for the due and proper provision of the services related to the sector, offering at a minimum, preparation of short-order dishes, cold and hot dishes, fast food, sandwiches and pizza, desserts, drinks, coffee shop, confectionery, and other specialties. Optionally, they may offer an island service in the departure lounge (kiosk) to operate while the boarding procedure is open in the waiting room.
