The Municipality of Concordia, through the Bromatology Directorate, informs that, with the objective of preserving the health of the population and based on the notification issued by the Food Control and Bromatology Institute (ICAB), it is carrying out verification and detection tasks in businesses in our city regarding the counterfeit product called Estancia María Luisa brand sardo cheese, which lists RNE No. 08-002087 and RNPA No. 025/08002087/01 and Estancia Doña Luisa S.R.L. as the manufacturer.
The ICAB has resolved to prohibit the production, fractionation, possession for commercial purposes, transport, distribution, commercialization, and offering through online sales platforms, throughout the territory of the province of Entre Ríos, of this counterfeit product.
It should be noted that the established measure applies exclusively to the identified counterfeit product and not to the product legitimately registered under RNPA No. 08-002087, corresponding to the establishment with RNE No. 08-002087, owned by Estancia María Luisa SRL.
The Municipal Bromatology Directorate requests that merchants, distributors, and consumers, in the event of detecting units belonging to IMAGE I of the aforementioned product, avoid its commercialization and/or consumption and notify the phone numbers 429-1516 or WhatsApp 3454-085487.
