Theater for children: Karafufú's Books (Stories, songs and games)

In the courtyard of Pueblo Viejo (Alem 230, Concordia), the Colectivo Las Cuencas will present the stage show "Los libros de Karafufú". The performance will be on Thursday, February 20, at 7:00 PM, with voluntary contributions.

"Karafufú" presents a collage of stories, songs, and physical and sound games that transport us to a luminous childhood. Thus, a gluttonous caterpillar appears, a wolf that we assemble with our hands, an annoying and rhyming mosquito, and a narrator who is sometimes too sleepy to keep singing...

The proposal invites you to watch, listen, and also join in the interactive games presented by the performer.

It will not be suspended in case of rain.

About Colectivo Las Cuencas

Since 2017, it has worked on historical research, dramaturgical development, sound-musical creation, physical-vocal training, and the design of space and scenographic elements, working from an artistic and pedagogical perspective.

The group's first show, "Cuenca. Todo abajo", premiered in July 2019 in Concordia, Entre Ríos. It has performed more than 70 shows in theaters, schools, and unconventional spaces in Entre Ríos, Río Negro, Corrientes, Chaco, Buenos Aires, and in Salto (Oriental Republic of Uruguay). It represented Entre Ríos at the 36th National Theater Festival (Chaco, 2022) and has been presented at numerous festivals.
