CUENCA. TODO DEBAJO returns to the local stage.
A play by Marta Cot, nationally awarded, which has been running for 6 years, with 75 performances presented and thousands of people who have applauded it since its premiere in 2019, and continues to successfully tour various theaters and schools in the country and neighboring Uruguay.
Cuenca. Todo Debajo, produced by the Colectivo Las Cuencas, deals with the life of Melchora Cuenca, who was Artigas' partner and mother of two of his children, Santiago and María.
Did you know that they, who were important figures in the history of our country in the fight for independence, lived and died in Concordia?
This play recounts important events in the life of this woman, which are part of the lives of all of us who inhabit this territory.
