The project presented by the Mayor Enrique Tomás Cresto to the Honorable Deliberative Council aims to establish a special regime so that taxpayers can regularize their tax status.

In response to the request made by the Industry and Commerce Center, the regime includes the following municipal taxes: Municipal tax for Hygiene, Sanitary, Prophylaxis and Safety Inspection and Commercial municipal tax, as well as for taxpayers who have outstanding debts for General Real Estate municipal tax, Cemetery municipal tax, Public Lighting municipal tax, Contribution for Improvements and Fines registered by the Misdemeanors Court.
The Revenue Department, reporting to the Secretariat of Economy and Finance, headed by Cr. Álvaro Sierra, makes available to interested parties an online service that will allow them to Request an Appointment for their assistance. To carry out the procedure, they must click on the “Request an Appointment” option in the corresponding box, depending on whether they are individual owners or Accounting Firms.
