Personnel from the Urban Guard, belonging to the Undersecretariat of Citizen Security under the Secretariat of Government, noticed in recent days that municipal employees were allegedly stealing oil canisters (petty theft) at the Municipal Depot.
This led to the filing of a complaint that resulted in a raid by the Entre Ríos Police, allowing for the seizure of four oil canisters, as well as firearms and ammunition. As a result of the procedure, two people were arrested.
In this regard, the Undersecretary of Citizen Security, Lic. Claudio Purgart, congratulated and highlighted the commitment, dedication, and sense of duty "of all the personnel in the area who protect and guard the municipal assets and spaces of all residents of Concordia day by day".
He also reaffirmed the joint work with the Concordia Headquarters of the Entre Ríos Police, with whom "we continue with the commitment to make Concordia a safer and more orderly city".
