The Municipality of Concordia, through the Directorate of Citizen Attention and Consumer Defense, informs that the 105 telephone service is momentarily unavailable.
This is due to renovation and updating tasks on the line which, once completed, will allow for better reception and handling of complaints and inquiries regarding public services.
While these works are being carried out, those who need to use the service may do so in person at the offices located at the Ex Estación Norte, at Avda. San Lorenzo and Gobernador Cresto, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Additionally, the following WhatsApp number has been provided on a temporary basis: 345 413 7884.
The service will operate in this manner until Monday, October 5th, inclusive.
These changes will allow for shorter waiting times and fewer missed calls, which will improve the continuous quality of service; multiple simultaneous lines; call recording, with a waiting queue and automatic overflow to other operators, and the complaint will be registered since each call generates a record with the origin number, duration, and result. Even if it is disconnected, the trace remains and the call can be returned.
