The Municipal Autonomous Institute of Housing and Land (INVYTAM) of the Municipality of Concordia carried out a new delivery of Property Transfer Deeds to residents of different neighborhoods in the city.
During 2025, sustained progress was recorded in the titling processes for the awarded lots, delivering 22 property transfer deeds on this occasion. In total, 80 were granted, with a projection for next year to double that number.
Mayor Francisco Azcué highlighted the step these families are taking, as “advancing with the administrative procedures to definitively obtain the deed allows them to consolidate and plan their future with the peace of mind and security that the place where they live belongs to them”.
For his part, Matías Dupleich, head of INVyTAM, pointed out that “this procedure reaffirms the commitment to provide legal security and support to every family that trusted in this process. This progress not only represents the delivery of essential documentation, but also the recognition of the effort, patience, and responsibility of each beneficiary”.
Families from the Pancho Ramírez, Fátima II, Villa Gobernador Cresto, Constitución, San Miguel II, Villa Jardín, La Colina, Pierrestegui, Cabildo San Antonio, La Cantera, Almirante Brown, El Ganso Luna, Tavella Norte, San Agustín, and Camba Paso neighborhoods, among others, were benefited.
