With the aim of continuing to strengthen the spaces for the commercialization and promotion of local production, a working meeting was held with entrepreneurs who participate in the Social Economy Fair and the River Fair.
During the meeting, various topics related to the development of both proposals were addressed, including improvements in the quality and presentation of the products offered, new strategies to enhance the dissemination and promotion of the fairs, and the planning of the calendar of activities for the second half of the year.
Likewise, the participants analyzed the benefits generated by the new space designated for the fairs, highlighting the better conditions for product display, greater comfort for entrepreneurs and visitors, and the sustained growth in attendance.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Social Economy Department, Miguel Parra, accompanied by his technical team, who exchanged proposals and concerns with the fair participants and advanced in the definition of joint actions to continue strengthening these spaces.
“The fairs are a fundamental tool to support the growth of our entrepreneurs. They allow us to generate commercialization opportunities, strengthen local work, and bring quality products made in our city closer to the residents,” highlighted Parra.
The official also pointed out that “the assessment of the new space is very positive because it provides better working conditions, favors the visibility of the ventures, and contributes to consolidating the fairs as a meeting point between producers and consumers.”
Finally, Parra remarked on the importance of joint work between the municipality and the entrepreneurs: “Listening to the proposals of those who participate daily in these spaces is key to continuing to improve. Our commitment is to support their growth and generate more opportunities so they can develop their projects.”
These activities are part of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, promoted by the municipal administration with the objective of promoting productive development, strengthening the social economy, and expanding growth opportunities for the residents of Concordia.
