The Municipality of Concordia invites you to participate in two new social economy proposals that will take place over the coming days: the Social Economy Entrepreneurs Fair, in its special edition, and a new edition of the Paseo del Río Fair.
The Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship, through the Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism, will carry out a new edition of the Social Economy Entrepreneurs Fair, which will take place on Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Plaza 25 de Mayo.
During both days, residents and visitors will be able to visit the different stalls and access a wide variety of products made and sold by local entrepreneurs, including baked goods, sweets, pasta, fish, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, handicrafts, plants, sublimated products, and much more.
The proposal seeks to strengthen commercialization spaces and support the growth of social economy ventures in Concordia, creating opportunities for their protagonists to showcase and offer their products directly to the community.
In this sense, the head of the Social Economy Department, Miguel Parra, highlighted the importance of maintaining these spaces: “These fairs are a concrete tool to support our entrepreneurs, generate commercialization opportunities, and bring their production closer to the residents. Each stall represents work, effort, and a story behind every product.”
RIVER WALK FAIR
On the other hand, on Sunday, August 30, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a new edition of the Paseo del Río Fair, Winter Edition, will be held at the Concordia Convention Center, San Lorenzo Oeste 101.
The day proposes a space to enjoy with the family, visit the stalls of local entrepreneurs, artisans, and producers, supporting the talent and production of the city in an environment designed to share and enjoy the winter season.
“We want these proposals to also be meeting spaces for the community. The Paseo del Río Fair allows us to bring together entrepreneurs, artisans, producers, and residents in a different kind of day, where one can enjoy, discover new proposals, and, at the same time, support local work,” noted Parra.
The Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship invites the entire community to participate in both activities and support the work of those who produce, undertake, and generate value in Concordia.
