The Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia held the certificate delivery ceremony yesterday for the workshops “Resume Building,” “Inclusion and Financial Education,” and “Skills for a Successful Interview,” held at the Concordia Civic Center with the aim of strengthening the labor skills of the city's residents.
The activity was attended by Mayor Francisco Azcué, accompanied by the Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello; the Head of the Employment Department, Claudia Cevey; and the Head of the Social Economy Department, Miguel Parra.
During the day, the commitment and dedication of the participants who took part in these training sessions, aimed at improving access to employment opportunities and promoting key tools for personal and professional development, were recognized.
In his speech, Mayor Francisco Azcué highlighted: “These training spaces are a concrete tool for more residents to access new job opportunities. We want a Concordia that grows through work, effort, and training, and these workshops are a sign of that path we are building together.”
For his part, the Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, stated: “The sustained participation in each workshop shows that the community is eager to learn, improve, and move forward. From the Employment Directorate, we will continue to support that momentum, generating accessible proposals aimed at strengthening the skills currently demanded by the labor market.”
These workshops are part of the actions promoted by the Municipality of Concordia to support the community in building new skills, promoting labor inclusion, and enhancing the development of each participant.
