At the end of last week, the third module of the Concordia.Negocios program began, titled “Commercial Strategy and Sales,” a proposal aimed at providing concrete tools to improve commercial processes and transform sales opportunities into new clients.
During the first meeting, participants began working on building their own sales funnel, identifying the different stages of the commercial process: who knows the business, who inquires, who buys, and who returns. Based on this analysis, they will also work on defining the most appropriate channels for each stage and an initial conversion estimate.
The proposal also includes the development of a sales pitch and the definition of 90-day commercial goals, taking the funnel built by each participant as a starting point.
As a practical result, those participating in the module will obtain their own sales funnel, a sales script, and preliminary 90-day commercial goals, tools designed to be applied directly to their ventures and SMEs.
The Secretary of Productive Development, Sebastián Arístide, highlighted the continuity of the program and the practical focus of the proposal: “Concordia.Negocios seeks for each meeting to provide concrete tools that entrepreneurs can take directly to their businesses. Working on sales and commercialization is fundamental to transforming a good proposal into a sustainable activity, with clear objectives and a defined strategy.”
With this new module, Concordia.Negocios advances in its practical training proposal, coordinating with educational institutions and specialized professionals to support entrepreneurs and SMEs in the different challenges posed by the management and growth of their businesses.
The training will have its second and final meeting next Thursday, October 8, at the UNER headquarters, and is led by engineers Mauricio Nabone and Gonzalo Velazco, from the UTN – Marketing Chair.
In this way, the Municipality continues to strengthen training spaces linked to productive development, professionalization, and the generation of new opportunities for the entrepreneurial and business sector of Concordia through the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial.
