The Municipality of Concordia, through the Emergency Operations Committee (COE), reports on the water level of the Uruguay River in front of the port of Concordia, according to the latest report issued by the Hydrology area of the Mixed Technical Commission of Salto Grande.
Until 3:00 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, October 6, the maximum water level relative to the Concordia port will not exceed 10.80 meters. The reservoir level will tend towards 33.30 meters.
The river level will show an upward trend in the coming days.
The community is requested to stay informed through the official channels of the Municipality of Concordia and CTM.
RECOMMENDATIONS
To mitigate the effects of the intense rainfall and the rising of the Uruguay River, it is important that we assume the commitment to take care of our space:
Do not throw waste into drains, reservoirs, streams, sewers, or gutters.
Do not take out household waste outside of scheduled hours.
Avoid doing so on days with rain forecasts.
Keep household grates, gutters, and drains clean.
Do not travel through the sectors affected by the rising water.
Respect the signage and instructions of the personnel working in the area.
Together, we build a more prepared city.
