The organization of the Multisectoral Business Round “Concordia Produce” made a positive assessment of the results obtained during the day, in which a hundred companies from different sectors participated in a joint action between the public and private sectors.
Over the course of 5 hours of work, nearly 1,200 interviews were conducted, with an average of 11 interviews per participating company. The initial assessment showed that 25% closed deals during the Business Round.
From the company “Montajes Litoral” they expressed their satisfaction with what was achieved, stating that “we made many contacts with future and potential clients, in addition to contracting services that can be useful to us. This is a space that must continue so that we can get to know each other among local business owners and so that those who come from outside can get to know us”.
“Balanz Capital” is a company based in Buenos Aires but with a presence in different parts of the country. Ezequiel Sadrinas, a financial advisor, highlighted the experience of what was done in Concordia as “very good, generating very good business with clients who were very receptive to receiving information”.
From the Artisanal Textile Value Chain of Entre Ríos “Tramagua”, Analía Fort pointed out that about 30 women from the central-north corridor of the province are part of the project “working with artisanal yarn, by hand and with natural dyes, and in this Business Round we have met many people interested in our products”, which allows for opening possibilities to expand the market and commercialization.
Darío Fernández, from “Folmer Ford”, stated that in the case of the company they represent, “we had around 12 meetings. It is very interesting to be able to establish relationships and channel possible sales in the future. It is my first time in a meeting format with these characteristics and I found it very interesting”.
Jorge Malleret, from the company “Mix Multirubros”, stressed that “as a local merchant, it is very important that this round could be held since it allows for establishing relationships in person, generating bonds and closeness. I have the experience of having generated contact in previous rounds with suppliers that I continue to trade with today”.
The Business Round, which was organized by the Secretariat of Productive Development of the Municipality of Concordia, the Argentine Confederation of Medium-Sized Enterprises (CAME) and the Center for Commerce, Industry and Services of Concordia (CCISC), with the support of the Economic Federation of Entre Ríos (FEDER), set a precedent that guarantees the holding of “Concordia Produce” during 2026.
