Mayor Alfredo Francolini and the head of Enohsa, Enrique Cresto, participated in the closing parade of the 2022 edition of the Pequeños Duendes Carnival, which took place this Sunday at the "Atanasio Bonfiglio" corsódromo.
The 10 children's carnival troupes that participated in this edition paraded on the Concordia Carnival avenue, before stands filled with thousands of families who enjoyed all the sparkle, joy, and color of the Concordia carnival's rising stars.
