In the week that the Concordia Carnival begins, the Carnival Board stated that "we are finalizing all the details to leave the Corsódromo premises in optimal conditions. There is great anticipation for the first night," maintained Matías Soto, president of the Board, and noted that online ticket sales are progressing at a good pace. "Starting this Monday, tickets for the parade on the 21st can be exchanged, and we have people who have purchased their tickets from different parts of the country," he announced.
"The first parade will take place on January 21st, and we are coordinating with the directors of the carnival groups to have an edition of the Carnival that will mean the definitive boost for this festival to be the great artistic and tourist event of the summer," he highlighted.
Soto pointed out that "with the online sales system, people can buy their advance tickets, tables, and chairs for any of the six scheduled nights," he specified, adding that "we have received very good comments about this sales system that was implemented for this edition, because it offers many payment options to everyone and facilitates the process of acquiring tickets."
"By decision of the mayor Enrique Cresto, the Carnival Board worked on different aspects to improve the Carnival; these are improvements that will remain and allow the festival to be offered at a national level," valued Soto. Along with the online sales system, the head of the Carnival Board highlights "the conditioning of the Corsódromo, where repaving was carried out and the access and exit for the floats and artists were conditioned, among other improvements that were implemented and that can be enjoyed starting this Saturday," he invited.
"The Carnival Board made the corresponding effort so that all the carnival groups receive the prize advance, so that they can arrive at the 21st in the best way, and so we can have a great party," he added. "The Concordia Carnival is a joint effort between the Municipality and each of the carnival groups and so many residents who put a lot of effort into the days prior, and who make the Corsódromo vibrate with a unique passion every night," highlighted Soto.
