The Permanent Carnival Entity carried out a training session on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid aimed at the personnel who will be part of the 2026 edition of the Concordia Carnival.
The activity aimed to provide fundamental tools to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations during the parade nights, thus guaranteeing higher safety standards for the public, the artists, and the work teams.
The training was conducted by specialized instructors, who addressed basic CPR techniques, the use of the AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and initial procedures in cases of airway obstruction and loss of consciousness.
The Permanent Entity highlighted the importance of continuing to incorporate training and prevention instances in the lead-up to each edition, strengthening the commitment to the safety and well-being of the entire carnival community.
